[FEATURE] Manually order pinned items.

I know this will be low priority but hopefully it's also easy to do.

I would love to be able to manually control the order of my pins. In fact I think that should be standard. It seems like they're sorted by date currently. I might open/modify an older solution that doesn't mean that I want my most frequently used pinned solution to move down the list.
