Want to add extra field in Customer page when I add new Customer.

I want to add an extra field when adding a new customer using the Lunar dashboard. How can I do this? Also, how do I update the model and the customer add page GUI?

We have custom attributes in Lunar, however, they have not been implemented on the Customer screens yet it seems.

I'm going to review that and hopefully patch this week.
