Octopus forest files inaccessible due to billing issue?

Describe the bug
Downloading the forest fails because it's hosted on googleapis and the account is defunct / not configured correctly?

Or even if you just try to download the file in a browser window:

It returns an error:
The project to be billed is associated with an absent billing account. The billing account for the owning project is disabled in state absent

Maybe try hosting the file elsewhere? Depending on the file size maybe you could even host it on github?

0.7.4 germline file is 2.9GB and somatic is 661.2MB.

I have these files bundled into the references s3 bucket used by daylily-ephemeral-cluster, some words on the daylily reference bucket here.

If you wish to grab the smallest bit of the ref bucket which also contains these 2 files, this should do the trick (note, you will be charged for the transfer of ~3.5GB. The source bucket is in us-west-2, so costs will vary depending on your destination. It should be nominal).

in offical docker image dancooke/octopus:invitae--eae1ab48_0, there is a forest model:

However it's far from the germline and somatic forest models mentioned above.
Could someone here please share the files as email attachments? (Neither can I access the US-West endpoint of Amazon nor can I create a valid account.) Then I could put them on slow yet free-to-download netdisk, together with this modernize_exome.forest.gz. My email: zhangyuanfeng1997@foxmail.com

I do not seem to have a cached copy of polyploidv0.7.1.

@dancooke , is there someplace else this might be cached?
