I was wondering anyone who using octopus experienced this kind of error and how to fix it. Thanks for sharing any advice to debug.

I have fixed this error by allowing more running time, since some large chromosome can take long to run.

But I have faced another problem when trying to run the population model: HtslibBcfFacade: could not make header for file

Instead of writing down all bam and vcf file, I created a text list and thought this might be efficient to run hundred accessions. But given out an error as above. Not sure why could not make header for file.
