Quick start guide does not direct you to gitignore compiled output

Hello!

I followed the guide and then git-committed and unfortunately added the compiled output to my git source tree. Oops!

It would be good if the guide directed you not to do this, or if the tooling warning warned you in some fashion.

Same here, and I actually initially left it in 'on purpose', seeing that the examples also had it committed. Only later realizing that it's not just some 'static runtime', but really the app itself, so decided to gitignore it after all.
