If scrollview content height is only slightly larger than view, navigation bar gets stuck

Navigation bar gets stuck in a half transparent state if the content height is not large enough.

Also happens when pull to refresh, on the basis of the usage "MJRefresh", my solution is:

- (void)handlePan:(UIPanGestureRecognizer*)gesture {
    if (!self.scrollView || gesture.view != self.scrollView) {
    return;
    }

    if (self.scrollView.mj_footer.pullingPercent > 0) {
    self.scrollView.mj_footer.pullingPercent = 0;
    return;
    }

}
