Windows: editor crashes randomly while editing elements in Design view

Summary

I ran into repeated random crashes on Windows while editing elements in the Design view.

Environment

• OS: Windows 11
• App: LVGL Pro Editor
• Version: v1.1.2

What I was doing

I was editing UI elements from the Design page and the editor would sometimes crash unexpectedly.

Steps to reproduce

I have not found a 100% reliable repro yet, but this is the general flow:

1. Open a project in the editor
2. Go to the Design view
3. Select an element
4. Modify element properties / move between elements / continue editing
5. After some amount of editing, the app crashes or shows a complete black screen. It does not recover so I have to end the process.

Expected behavior

The editor should remain stable while editing elements in Design view.

Actual behavior

The editor crashes randomly during normal editing.

Additional notes

This made it difficult to use the editor reliably on Windows.
