Input control on wayland

I'm creating an issue that's more of a feature request..
That is, implement input settings ( universally ) with the new libinput config system.

That's interesting, but afaik it's at system level, not per-user as usually those setttings are.

I feel like that's the only option at this point to get input control for all wayland compositors sadly.
Maybe something like bubblewrap'd work for mapping that folder?
