Docker tag for latest stable release

I would like to be able to run the latest stable release. I thought that using `lycheeverse/lychee:latest-alpine` would achieve this but it seems like there is no difference between the `latest` and `master` Docker tags. Is this intentional? If so, would it be possible to add a `stable` tag that points to the latest release version?
