Unable to boot into macOS Tahoe (26.2) recovery (i5-11th + RX550 4gb)

Here is what happens when I try to boot into the macOS Tahoe 26.2 recovery environment....
The system fails to boot properly and gets stuck during the boot process:

What can I do to fix this issue?

Not sure if this is relevant, but a message briefly appears after booting from the USB drive, right when I reach the boot picker.

Maybe there’s an incorrect BIOS setting? Or could the problem be unrelated to the BIOS?

This is about apfs_aligned.efi. It is normal.

1. BIOS IDE/RAID -> AHCI ?

2. VT-X ?
