Renaming the Directives to be more explicit about "Policy & Financing" and about "Use Cases" and fix Typo & Link to 1160.01

• 1. Rename: "Directives" Blue Bar Section Title to "Uniform Mental Health Services 1160.01 Policy Directive"
• 2. Column A re-title "Video Topics" to "Policy Use Case"
• 3. Column B retitle to: "VHA Directive 1160.01 - Uniform Mental Health Services in VHA Medical Points of Service"
• 4. Provide the correct link to MH 1160.01 Sharepoint https://dvagov.sharepoint.com/sites/VACOMentalHealth/SitePages/1160.01.aspx
• 5. Column C retitle "Resource Links" to "OMH Sharepoint"
• 6. Each row Column C link rename as Specific OMH Sharepoint Site

  • Staffing
• 7. Make sure the table follows consistent 1) BHIP, 2) PCT, 3) SUD, 4) Staffing order of the rows.
