2024_01: DOC utility to Team Setup that allows users to add or delete automatically added people

Document functionality and procedures for Team Setup > automatically added users
Refer to #3123 for content/functionality checks.

AC:

• Add Team Setup of automatically added people section to Technical Documentation>Administrator Technical Manual section
• Include relevant & helpful screenshots
• New section is live in MTL 3.7 Consult Manual
• reference comments in 2025_04: Use a batch process to open all groups to add a user to a epicenter facilitator role #3152 - mine and Matthew's response

• This card depends on the behaviors implement in 2025_04: Need for MTL 3.7 Release 2024_06_epic #story_b: FEATURE: add utility to Team Setup that allows users to add or delete automatically added people #3123 and 2025_04: Use a batch process to open all groups to add a user to a epicenter facilitator role #3152 which are both currently undergoing testing.
• Once those cards are closed @matthewtomo and @ljmoody will rally to document behavior.
