2025_01: create wireframe for tutor prompts in Home page sidebars-session start, experiment, team data

While assigning web links to tutor manual prompts, I noticed that prior versions of MTL had tutor prompts for the sidebars. Identified need for Session Start / Experiment / Team Data tutor prompt wireframes.

DECISION in 11/20/24 sim_ui_workflow: Yes, create these wireframes and send to DEV. Lindsey and Matthew have observed the need for clarification/instruction/reminders about how these function from users familiar with the Sim. Anticipates new users needing same.

Looks like it was @matthewtomo... and good news: I found it in my backup and added a copy to the Sim UI shared folder.
