FAQ page is missing hierarchical index at the top

The old FAQ page has a hierarchical index at the top, which allows users to quickly browse the list of available question and to click on any of them to be taken directly to that FAQ answer. The new FAQ page is missing this index:

Personally, I find the index helpful, but I understand that this is completely subjective. I will leave it up to others as to whether the index should somehow be ported over to the new FAQ page. Feel free to close this issue as "won't fix" if it is decided that the index in not important at this time.

I'll unassign myself because this is a question for the team, FYI we can solve this in a number of ways:

• an index on top of page that is automatically generated from headers (like the TOC in sidebar does)
• an accordion-like approach for Qs and As (I'm less fond of that because it requires to click a lot to get to their content)
• just the TOC that is currently there in desktop (not mobile)

We came up with the TOC as an alternative to indexes. However I can see for the FAQ an index may be helpful ... @tingeber I checked if someone searched "how long is my data stored" and it didn't pull up the FAQ.
Is there a way to make it searchable? Then I wouldn't see the need for an index.

Currently the rich search only pulls page titles, I will open a separate issue to test how well a full-text rich search performs.

@tingeber I tried to search for the same phrase, "how long is my data stored" and it still didn't pull up anything on the FAQ page.
