recieveMsg does not work

Describe the bug

There is no call to the ASR chip to ask for recieved messages, this is only done when sending a message via the use of the AT+DTRX command

To reproduce

Use the example to not send any messages and only check for recieved messages, you will recieve nothing

Expected behavior

The recieveMsg function should send AT+DRX to the ASR chip and return the response
