call TADs

Hi Ruochi,
Nice work!

Now I impute a scHi-C data and generate corresponding cool files. I want to use Higashi to call TADs to generate the number and fraction of corresponding TADs. Can Higashi call TADs for a single cool file?

The Higashi can call scTADs but not on the cool file but the .h5 file it genereates. See wiki here:
