3x3 color matrix blocking info #7

Hi,
i have the 3x3 color matrix connected to my mindstorms inventor hub and with the help of your faq i learned how to controll it through the app. But now i noticed a weird problem:
When i have the color matrix plugged into the hub evry information about the hub, sensors and the motors doesnt get updated an more.
Did this also happen to anyone else or does anybody know a solution for this.
