permission and proxy info: add current value of the state variables

proxy info has the implementation slot, add also the value stored in it.
same for permissions.

@mokita-j what's the general idea? just having the field name or the slot id is already great, then translating to id and actual value is straightforward.

The idea is to present the value along side the slot id. The slot id is there, we miss the value

I mean, what to change in our code to output the slot id?

Experimenting with the following dynamic analysis:

• call external methods
• trace execution
• if method reverts, trace the SLOAD slots
• return the most common SLOAD slot value as the owner.
