Expected Behaviour

There should be a default voice for each language

Actual Behaviour

SpeechSynthesisVoice.default is always false

Steps to Reproduce

Call SpeechSynthesis.getVoices

Platform and Version (eg. Android 5.0 or iOS 9.2.1)

Android 5 with latest updates on Nexus 7" (2012) tablet
FireOS 5.6 on Amazon Fire 7" tablet

Cordova CLI version and cordova platform version

phonegap --version     -->  8.0.0
cordova platform version android   --> 7.1.0

Plugin version

cordova plugin version | grep phonegap-plugin-speech-synthesis    --> 0.1.1
