Python versions

I had trouble with `python=3.8` and `python=3.7` on the LRZ cluster (getting an error like [this](https://weiguangcui.github.io/2019-12-09-undefined-symbol-__intel_sse2_strchr/)).

`python=3.6` worked easily though.
