No sound in any of the encodes after update

I have tried several variations from Handbrake and a stock HB H.265 Apple VideoToolbox 1080p and I am not getting the audio track. I believe we had this issue before if I remember right. I included some logs in case you had time to check them out.

I tried the one (H.265 Apple VideoToolbox 1080p) you have in the log on my machine, and for better or worse, audio worked fine on both 3.6.3 and 3.6.5. The log doesn't tell me anything because it just shows a successful encode.

So, is this happening in all shows and/or on all channels and/or on all Formats?

@hat I would do next is to enable Don't delete files after download (Debug only) in Adv Prefs, and download a file, then confirm that there's audio in the decrypted version (which you could do with TiVo Decrypt only as well). Then look at the handbrakeCLI logs in your temp directory and see if there's any warning messages and what it's saying about audio processing.

I downloaded a show using decrypt and the sound track is there.
I converted it using a different tool and the sound is there
I downloaded using cTiVo default there is sound
Downloaded using a stock Production Proxy 1080 and the sound is not there.
I downloaded using H.265 Apple VideoToolbox 1080p and the sound is there.

There is somehow a problem with custom profiles and the Handbrake.CLI perhaps. All non-handbrake attempts are successful.

I reran the H.265 Apple VideoToolbox 1080p and again there is no sound
This is a head scratcher.

Seems I can not run any formats related to Handbrake. When I bring in to Handbrake the program States audio = none

Yes there is sound. There are many "stock" profiles that work. Unfortunately none of them use HW acceleration.

I even tried replacing the current CLI with the one from 3.6.3. and still nothing.
Even CLI default doesn't pass the audio track.

I was suggesting to try the Decrypt MP4 as an input to the GUI. It has no encoding, so I’m interested to see if the audio then copies through in the UI

Yes, I tried it. No Joy. I was trying to find the notes, here, on what we did last time for 3.6.3 but I have been unable to find the issue in the list of closed issues. I know, because I had this problem previously I could just check those notes so we don't have to re-create the wheel.
