Incorrect events generated from press and hold

Describe the bug
When holding and the releasing a button on the switch, another event for another button is triggered

To Reproduce
Using IKEA Styrbar with ZHA

• Add switch to the Switch Manager
• Enable debug mode
• Press and hold "Brightness up" button
• Observe 2 events in the console
  • 1 hold event for "Brightness up"
  • 1 press event for "Brightness down"

Expected behavior
Only 1 event should've triggered

There are other shenanigans with Styrbar remote, not sure if it's because how remote itself reports hold and such
