Install information:
Docker tag - latest
Version: 0.9.0
iOS App - 0.9.0 b20252487
Issue:
Despite setting a global playback speed of 2.0, whenever I start/stop playback in the app, the playback speed always goes back to 1.0. The iOS app's UI continues to show 2.0 as the speed, but what I actually hear is 1.0. This behavior does not happen in the web UI version, just iOS. I don't have an Android to test it out in that app.
This can be triggered by any stopping and starting of playback, including changing the episode, pausing, closing and re-opening the app, etc. This also seems to occur regardless of the global speed setting - no matter what is set, it reverts back to 1.0. If I set the global setting to something other than 1.0 but change my local iOS app's setting, the setting will remain visually changed in UI but the actual audio will continue to revert back to 1.0.
I've submitted to test flight access so I can debug this more and send you additional information. Let me know if there are any logs I can get for you in the meantime. Fantastic application - thank you!
