Icon weight (ordering)

I'm going to remove the item order setting because it's not sustainable. Everytime an icon is added, removed, modified, the list had to be changed which resets user settings.

Instead to fix this problem, I'm going to give each icon a weight. The more weight it has, the more to the right it goes, if that makes sense. From 1 to 5. 1 being more to the left, 5 more to the right.
