Bigger Favorites and Dense Favorites settings to change width and icon density.

Bigger Close Button and Bigger Hover button settings.

Footer now have 2 buttons at bottom right with a click and middle click actions.

Select Above/Below mods to stop at pinline and keep going after subsequent call.
