Some new stuff

Empty tabs are not considered for warnings unless the new warn on empty tabs settings is on, off by default.

Custom icons get a new side option, icon which allows them to replace the item icon/favicon.

Auto icon picker disabled by default but can be enabled with auto icon picker setting.

I'm expanding the icon side option to all icons, it required some refactoring.
