Fill Elements

From the settings info:

  How to fill the elements on first load. This can change the loading times
  Instant loads everything at once and can slow down the load
  Observer fills the elements as soon as they come into view
  Progressive also observes but kicks off a controlled auto-loading in the background after a few seconds to speed up the interface

The default is now Progressive. This means after 5 seconds each pending item is created every 120ms. The idea is to make the interface snappy and ready to use without lagging when scrolling, which I noticed was happening, since it had to create items in real time through the observer all the time.
