Some new zone commands

There are some new commands revolving around zones which might be useful.

First there is the Fill commands. Like Fill Headers, and Fill Subheaders

This creates the specified number of new headers and tries to spread it down evenly through the empty space of normal tabs.

This is just a way to quickly create dividers.

Then there is the Move commands which move selected tabs to a specified zone.

A list with zones appear and it moves the tabs to the selected one.

This is a quick way to move tabs around.

And then there is the Focus Zone command, which scrolls to a selected zone. A quick way to reveal a zone.

Tabs below zones can be filtered with zone:name

Zone names can be used as the filter without needing zone: if the setting is enabled in the filter settings, it is enabled by default.

New Upgrade Zone and Downgrade Zone commands. Which turn subheaders into headers and vice versa.
