Some new stuff

Icon Pick is now on by default. This is to pick items by clicking on the favicons. Also added the ability to click and drag to select more quickly.

Added Export Settings, Import Settings, Reset Settings, commands.

Added Load Lock. This is on by default. It makes unloaded tabs to not be loaded on click, instead they require a double click, or context menu/command.

Re-added the ability to change the Main Mode. This is the mode that opens by default. You can set it to History for example.

Re-added the Item Action command. This is now the default for double click command.

Added Page Scroll which scroll up and down pages using waypoints. (With PageUp and PageDown).

Added Close Empty command to close all new tabs.

And other several bug fixes.

Edit: Icon Pick and Load Lock are not enabled by default now.
