Design view: users/index

Description:
Displays all the registered users by name (or by avatar, if available). Root can see a special flag for making/unmaking admins here.

Needs:

• List of users
  • Nickname or handle - e.g. 'kikito' on github or '@otikik' on twitter for me (only one)
  • Link - to the relevant github / twitter page if logged in via github or twitter, or to website if logged in via email + password and the "website" field is filled up. The link does not need to be explicit, could be the where the handle/picture goes when clicked.
  • Picture (if available, otherwise we can put a rubito)
  • Administrators have an icon/mark
  • Root can make/unmake admins here (optimally by clicking on the icon/mark)
