feat: add additional user roles

Add roles for users to allow for granular permission management. For example, we could have roles to:

• allow more or fewer domains in watchlists
• allow more or fewer different connectors
• allow the automatic purchase of domain names
• allow the monitoring of domain names in watchlists
• etc.
