Describe the bug

Run Maester on a tenant that has a GDAP relationship with a partner that has a group with GA or maybe other privileged access.

Expected behavior

The group does not exist in the local tenant so it should be ignored

Debug Output

Error obtaining group (XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX) from Microsoft Graph. Confirm the group exists in your tenant. Details: Response status code does not indicate success: NotFound (Not Found).

For example, this is the group throwing the error, which does not exist in the tenant where the test is being run on, it only exists in the principal tenant
