UTP native crashes with many udp connections on windows

Hi, I am currently testing out webtorrent,

When adding 2 torrents with 100-200 peers, utp-native seems to crash

Here is the thrown exception.

I was wondering if you can fix this?

Im not currently working on utp but feel free to take a stab at it

this is..... worse than you could imagine, on some systems UTP native will simply take 200ms+ per connection to connect, which I think causes weird sync issues with the bindings???

I have NO clue what causes this yet
