WSL2 / Ubuntu on Windows, getting errors before every single prompt

I'm using Pure, which apparently uses this package. On WSL, before every single prompt, I get output like this:

I'll probably be able to disable this upstream, but I thought you might appreciate the data-point, if you have a Windows machine anywhere nearby to test on. (=

@ELLIOTTCABLE It's been a long time since I visited Windows support for zsh-async, but I've had reports that it works fine in WSL: #26 (comment)

Could you share more about your setup, what build of Zsh your using, etc?
