Change Purchase Point to allow for 1 line option

Description (*)

The order grids where purchase points are show are always using 300% of necessary space. This is something we always changed in M1. Why would you use 3 lines of data for 1 line of orders? It is just ridiculous. And makes finding orders difficult and you can show less.

Is this just code inheritance of something made in 2008?

Expected behavior (*)

Add option to show only storename or only store view so the result is 1 line and a much better grid.

Benefits

A grid is now a grid again. 1 line = 1line.
Show much more data
Find orders faster

Quick win: add elements around the stores, remove the silly nbsp spaces ...
