Rate is not automatically switching when changing country.

As reported before in #5, the shipping rate is not automatically updating again. We're using Magento Enterprise 2.4.1-p1. Only by clicking the Next button do we get the updated rate, and have to select it before going to the payment page.

I've inspected how the extension works on Magento 2.4.1 but have not encountered the mentioned issue. In case your site still has troubles with shipping methods, kindly provide me with your frontend credentials.
