Suffix class for mutually non exclusive options

In my project test-cockpit.el I have written a suffix class for mutually non exclusive options – this one. Now I need the same thing for a different project and I am reluctant to just duplicate the code.

Would there be a general interest to integrate such a class into transient?

There's a general interest in dealing with more kinds of "values and associated behavior", but I think that Transient is at a stage where adding them one by one, as they come up, is not the right path forward.

I am concentrating on other things for the next few months. So for now, please just duplicate this in your two packages.
