Obsolete contact address for code of conduct

The email address on [the code of conduct](https://github.com/magma/community/blob/main/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md) is stale:

> contacting the project team at [opensource-conduct@fb.com](mailto:opensource-conduct@fb.com)

It shouldn't be somebody within the Magma team, because they may be responsible for the conduct. 

LF Connectivity TAB should be it.
