The Input Request form has no backend

I tried filling the request form and the Submit does not send email to info email listed and nir do I get any acknowledgment to my inputs.

Like I tried this:
Seems like Squarespace site and if you give me access can fix issues created myself starting with my profile issue. But remember if it has to be done using github updates I am the wrong resource to fix it. Thx prakash
