Show Legend Problem Country to Country

When you move your cursor hover some country and next move to another country the legend doesn't work.

To work again, you need to move the cursor to the ocean.

If the tarjet country doesn't have coast, it is imposible to view its legend.

I installed both packages, and it is strange that @danieltanych package is the one with the bug on my end, and @maguayo only issue is showing the USD symbol on countries with data and NAN on the others.
