Clipboard copy, copying incorrect text from SDL3 application textboxes

Tried this on 2 flatpak applications that use SDL3, sh.ppy.osu and org.vinegarhq.Sober, using textboxes to copy text I get random unicode from the same text I copy.

I am also unsure if this is a SDL3 issue or a jay issue.
I am unwilling to test/debug this issue as it's just a slight annoyance to me not an actual issue.
