Every time there is an issue.
I attach all there is to debug the problem (according to me). And everytime you (support) ask for more.
Idea: why not create a ZIP AND SEND all debug info to support option in Magento?
The action could be to
- get all errors
- get all response and request logs
- export the config
- ZIP the whole lot
- attach it to an email
- that is sent to you guys
- maybe include an issue ID number in a field, like in this case 6661
Then you have all the data. The same situation. Can mimic and test. And we can spare sending - literally - sometimes 20-40 emails back and forth ...
