Sync takes forever

Hi, I've triggered sync from Wordpress about 16 hours ago and it's still ongoing. Is there any way to check it's really doing anything? I have a suspicion the integration might not be working (it shows less orders in Mailchimp than in Woo). Nothing in fatal logs.

When I click 'Enable Support' I get a message saying

Could not communicate with your server. Please contact your hosting provider, or firewall service, or view your fatal logs to resolve issues and try again.

In attempt to fix this, we reinstalled the plugin but now it's stuck at step 2:

When I click 'Sync Now', it thinks for a moment but nothing happens afterwards (same page, no error message, nothing interesting in logs)

We are facing the same problem, it is very frustrating and have received no help from support.

WHAT IS THE COMMAND?! I can't find details anywhere of helpful commands to run.

Thank you for replying but this doesn't seem to help me in anyway as to how i run a full data resync between WooCommerce and Mailchimp that seems to stall and never finish

Please assume I am thick and explain what I would type into the WP CLI...

This guide details the setup of an advanced queue in CLI mode for the Mailchimp WooCommerce plugin, enhancing performance by running processes in the background, independent of web traffic.

Prerequisites
WP-CLI installed.
Knowledge of WP-CLI and WordPress installation locations on your server.

Disabling the Default Queue Runner
Edit functions.php File: Include the following code:
