show_splash_screen ignores the message_y attribute

The current `mailpile-gui.py` sends `message_y=0.8`, but the messages on the splash screen are still ending up at the default coordinates, `(0.5, 0.5)`.

Same test setup as #9.  This is probably an easy fix, @peturingi?
