Create "Explaination / Ways To Setup Mailpile" section

There needs to be a section of the public website that explains the ways to install Mailpile & what it actually is. There is still much confusion about what Mailpile is and upon discussing the public site with some people, it really doesn't communicate the unusualness which is Mailpile.

• Run remotely from a home server, VPS, Raspberry Pi, etc.
• Deploy easily via a personal cloud
