In some cases, I would want to keep buildings even though they have a low score.

  1. It might be because they produce something special (like frags for ascended upgrades, see the Hippo in my case)
  2. Don't want to increase a specific resource usefulness because I only need a specific amount of it and no more, therefore it makes no sense to "overshot" the score of it (a good example would be "Mass Self Aid Kit", though it's part of the 1st one)
  3. GBs are always bright red for months, but I don't want to remove them.

Just a visual aid for the Hippo and the GBs, there isn't much to see otherwise:

What I had in mind is what if I could add buildings to a list (the add could be similar to how the "Add Building" works for the main window) and set a specific score for the building which would be an extra on top of the existing score. Hippo has a score of 1100 in my case and I would like to bring it to let's say 2000, so I add a raw 900 to its value. This extra value could be a new column when looking at the buildings and how they get their scores, though visually it might be much more challenging (/tile value?...).
