Export new service manifests when using ike develop new #1060
Description
What can be improved
When ending work on a newly created service through ike develop new command created resources (Deployment, DestinationRule, VirtualService etc.) are removed. It leaves the user without re-usable manifests which can be used later on as the base for deployment manifests for the service.
Why
To help the user ship the service faster and easier.
