Heterozygous genomes for PHGv2

Hi @btmonier,
I hope you are doing well.
I am wondering if you have some ideas on how well PHGv2 handles heterozygous genomes, such as the apple one, when building the graph, creating the pan-genome, and imputing new samples with low-pass sequencing.
The initial genomes for the database would be high-quality genomes assembled from HiFi reads.
