shi altered on import and export #18

Description

Importing a material with shi = 50 and exporting will result in material with shi = 64 and so on, meaning that import and export are somehow using a different conversion formula from AC3D shi to Blender's roughness.

This is unacceptable because the value would drift away from the intended one with each import-export cycle, if the user does not know about this problem and does not correct the materials by hand.
