Integration not starting: how can I troubleshoot?

I'm on HA 2026.2. Here's the only logline I get:

 Setup failed for custom integration 'tuya_local': Requirements for tuya_local not found: ['tinytuya==1.17.4']. 

I've tried reinstalling, to no avail

How are you installing? If you use HACS, then the dependencies should be automatically installed.
